You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account or place any bet on sbtoto. We verify age during the KYC process and reserve the right to close any account found to be under-age.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one sbtoto account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice and any associated bonus winnings may be voided.
All transactions on sbtoto are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via local bank transfers and approved e-wallets. No cryptocurrency transactions are currently accepted.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified individually on each promotion page.
Bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting across platforms, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

In order to protect the integrity of our platform and comply with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, sbtoto operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit KYC documents at any of the following stages:

Withdrawals will be suspended until KYC verification is complete. sbtoto targets a KYC review turnaround of one (1) business day, though complex cases may take up to five (5) business days. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review before funds are credited. Standard processing times are as follows:
sbtoto does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which sbtoto accepts no responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable bank fees.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
sbtoto processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval on business days (Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
sbtoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is unusually large, the account has recently changed personal details, or the risk-management system has flagged suspicious activity. In such cases, processing may be extended by up to five (5) business days.
sbtoto offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:
sbtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts in good faith.
The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the sbtoto Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbtoto Platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any Balance (including winnings derived from the breach) may be voided and forfeited. Where an Account is closed at sbtoto's discretion for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

All content on the sbtoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data, databases, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of sbtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without sbtoto's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by sbtoto's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Pending resolution of any dispute, you must continue to comply with these Terms and may not attempt to circumvent any suspension or restriction placed on your Account. Arbitral awards shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
sbtoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice via the Platform's announcement system or by email to your registered address.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
